I mean, pretty much all cases of a lost/destroyed package have been local USPS for me, so it's not some sort of blanket statement. I once literally received nothing but the label off a destroyed package.

What great timing. Just yesterday had FedEx tell me they couldn't deliver my package because my business was closed... at my house.
